This policy affects all registrations received for training courses by AMA Training Services Queensland. The following terms apply to registrations received: 1. Registrations are transferable up until 7 working days prior to course commencement. Example - If Anne registers for a course running on a Friday, then she has until the previous Wednesday to transfer her registration. 2. Courses must be completed within the current calendar year. Example - If Anne registers for a course that runs January/February, she has until December of that same year to complete the course. 3. Cancellations/transfers received between 2 and 7 working days prior to course commencement attract a 20% cancellation/transfer fee. Example - If Anne registers for a course running on a Friday and advises on the Monday of that same week that she is unable to attend the course, she forfeits 20% of her registration for that course. Anne may pay that 20% as a transfer fee and re-enrol in the same course but within the same calendar year. 4. Cancellations received less than 2 working days prior to course commencement of enrolled course are non-refundable. Example - If Anne registers for a course running on a Friday and is unable to attend but notifies AMA Training Services Queensland on the Thursday before the course commences, she forfeits her complete registration.
